  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. INITIATING A RETURN

 4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly provide a return and exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue when initiating the return process.
 
 5. EXCHANGES

 If you need to exchange an item due to damage, defect, or receiving the wrong product, we will promptly facilitate the exchange process for you. Simply notify us of the issue, and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent.
 
 6. REFUNDS
